Every product is customized using customer provided information. We ask you to please inspect the entire order when it arrives in order to make sure you have received exactly what you ordered. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item(s) you have ordered or the item(s) is damaged/defective, you may return it (within 180 days of the purchase) for a replacement, refund or credit. Please allow 2-3 weeks after you ship your return to us, for processing.
