How to order:

1.  Enter your model number and preferred finish.  Add the trim kit to your cart and place your order.  

4.  Within 1 business day after receipt of your order, we will review your order and email you the appropriate measurement form.  Please note you can cancel or return your order anytime for a full refund.  The measurement form will be specific to the kit you ordered and provide a several cusomization options.

5.  Once we receive the dimension form and selected options, we will plan and fabricate your trim kit for a perfect fit

6.  If your trim kit doesn't fit or you are unhappy for any reason, we will work with you to resolve the issue.  This can involve sending replacement parts or a 100% hassle free return.

I'm nervous about taking measurements and it fitting.  Can you help?
We understand this is a concern for many and we are here to help.  Our measurement form will walk you through the measurements required.  If you still have questions, you can text or call us anytime.  

What finishes do you offer?
Currently, we offer brushed stainless, black, white, and black stainless finish. 

What happens if it doesn't fit?
If your kit doesn't fit, just let us know and we will exchange it for a new kit or issue a full refund...your choice.

What about ventilation?
Our kit comes standard with a 1/2" slot along the top and bottom of the kit.  See FAQ video below for a better understanding.

Does you kit include a way to raise the microwave so it is centered in the opening?
Yes, this is included in each kit.

Are your kits metal or plastic?
Our kits are all stainless steel kits.  There is no plastic.
